Return & Exchange Policy

-- Cancelling an Order: Please contact us immediately.Be sure to include your order number and a message stating that you wish to cancel the order.If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it for you. However, if the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it. In that case, please contact us for a return once you receive the item.

Changing an Order: If you find a typo in the delivery address or any other changes are needed, please contact us immediately after receiving the order confirmation. We will do our best to make the changes for you, but we cannot make any guarantees. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make further changes.

Please note that orders can be processed within 6 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible.

-- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. However, shipping fees are non-refundable. For items with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, a full refund, including shipping fees, will be provided.

If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees, which will vary depending on the courier service chosen. If the reason for the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect items, customers will not be required to cover shipping fees.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s), providing a reason for the return or exchange, along with photos of the received items.

2. Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or altered items.

3. Returns or exchanges initiated without prior communication are not acceptable. Please contact us and follow the instructions provided.

4. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will process the refund or exchange as promptly as possible. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.

5. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.

Please contact us first at service@susan-julie.com for detailed return instructions. Failure to do so may hinder the identification of your returned package and delay your refund processing. Our customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours. Then Please kindly repackage the items in the original parcel packaging for your return. If you no longer have the original packaging, please include a note with your order number and your name/email address in the returned package. After shipping, kindly provide us with the tracking number and carrier of your returned package.

Note: Do not send your return to the address on your package, as this is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
